Is this normal? I coughed a lot (bronchitis), I had a lot of secretion and I blew my nose. It varies between a blueberry and a cherry.

Yes, frequent or vigorous nose blowing can cause this. I suggest using saline solution like Sinus Rinse or Hydrasense which can help dislodge secretions and allow for less frequent and prolonged nose blowing.

To help heal the mucous membranes, I suggest either a saline spray such as Salinex, or a gel such as Secaris or Rhinaris gel which can be used as often as needed.
