When I turn my chest from left to right, I hear a kind of breathing noise, similar to asthma, when I am not breathing. What to do?

Good evening ma'am,
This is normal, it's simply because by twisting your torso, you are reducing the space for your lungs to empty a bit of air and allowing you to hear that "breath".
If you don't have a fever, there's no need to worry at all!
Good evening,
