Do I have to wait for my period before starting my contraceptive?

Hello, I have to change my contraceptive pill so I stopped taking my micronor at the beginning of August and I have to wait until I have my period to start my new pill. I still haven't had my period after 2 months... do I have to wait or can I start it?
