Are there any products to help me get pregnant that I can ask my doctor or pharmacist about?

Hello my partner (35 years old) and I (34 years old) are trying to have a child. It has not worked for 7 months. I detect my ovulation, I had an ultrasound and from blood tests everything seems normal. My partner is waiting for a spermogram.

Hello madam, in order to better understand your needs, are you or your partner currently taking any medication or products?

Only "materna" type vitamins for me. No other products are taken by my spouse or me.

Thanks for the feedback.
There is no over-the-counter product, supplement or medication that can improve fertility. It will be necessary to focus on non-pharmacological measures such as
Ensuring good stress management and adequate quantity and quality of sleep;
Eating a balanced diet according to Canada's Food Guide, such as eating plenty of fruits and vegetables;
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day at a moderate intensity;
Not smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol.
Keep in mind that designing may take up to 1 year even in healthy people. After that time, a medical evaluation is recommended.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
