Are there products to cure osteoarthritis and prevent inflammation?

Exercise makes my knee swell. I have a little osteoarthritis from an arthroscopy. The menisci were all removed 15 years ago. I take anti-inflammatories and consult with herbal medicine.

Good morning, Mrs,
Unfortunately, there is no cure forosteoarthritis. The goals of treatment are to relieve pain, preserve or improve activity level to an acceptable level, and improve quality of life. Physiotherapy is a very good option for this purpose. Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) could also be tried, but some studies question its effectiveness in relieving OA pain
If the situation deteriorates or impinges on your quality of life, you should discuss it with your doctor.
I will be available if you have any further questions!

Indeed, my situation prevents me from doing my sports and is deteriorating. Sport creates inflammation in my knee. For the moment, I'm offered a cortizone infiltration. Do you think it can help me resume sport?
thank you

The purpose of an infiltration is to reduce inflammation. It is not always 100% effective but it is a common practice when other options are insufficient.
