Omega-3 supplements may have anticoagulant activity, as does Lixiana. Although the consumption of this supplement is not strictly forbidden, caution is advised.

This being said, if you absolutely want to consume this kind of supplement, I strongly advise you to choose a product that contains only Omega-3, without 6 and 9: the North American diet contains a lot of 6, and this is "pro-inflammatory"

Finally, keep in mind that the studies that have shown possible benefits of Omega-3 for various conditions have not reported concrete benefits. In this regard, this kind of supplement is not relevant if you already consume 2 fish meals per week.
