I have not found any strict contraindications, but I have found some references that CBD may increase the effects of escitalopram. This may not be desirable as it can increase the side effects of the drug. Also be aware that CBD may increase drowsiness from your medication, if any

I don't usually recommend using it, but if you decide to do so, I suggest doing so at the lowest possible dose

If you notice any unusual side effects or symptoms, I recommend stopping it.
