What can I apply for a patch on my baby's thigh?

Hello, I have a 10 month old who started to get pimples last Friday on his hip as if his diaper had irritated him. Today after his bath I realized that his pimple patch had grown and was red. It doesn't seem to bother him. He doesn't have any other pimples either.

Thanks for the feedback.
Usually for diaper irritation we recommend a paste containing 40% Zinc as in Zincofax, to be applied at each diaper change. If this does not work after 5-7 days it is recommended to add to this the application of an antifungal cream 2-3 times a day for at least 7 days.
If this does not work or gets worse, a doctor should be consulted for a thorough evaluation of the situation.
