What to do to treat phimosis?

Hello, I am a 20 year old male and I have phimosis on my genitals. This prevents me from putting my glans in the air. Because of this it is difficult to wash my glans and it hurts. I feel like there is a layer of smegma and it hurts to touch.

Phimosis can be treated with a product but it usually requires a doctor's prescription, as an evaluation is necessary to properly identify and treat the problem.
Your family doctor, or a doctor at a walk-in clinic, may be able to initiate treatment.
