thyroid; what are the symptoms of too high a dose of synthroid

I have been followed for several years for my thyroid gland ( Hypo ) during my last tests the TSH dropped significantly 4.49 in 12-2019 2.53 in 03-2020 and 1.2 last June. I think my recommended dose 0.112 mg is too high. Can we know the symptoms related to a too high dose (ex. sore throat) Hello do you need more details for my question Hello Ms. Bourgeois Thank you for your answer, Apart from insomnia, I do not experience any of the other symptoms mentioned. My concern is the speed at which the TSH level has dropped and seems to be in free fall In addition, I feel a discomfort in my throat and neck.
