Can Symbicort be used for cold symptoms?

Hi, was wondering if Symbicort pump (used by my girlfriend for asthma) would be useful for pneumonia?

Hello

Symbicort can also be used as an emergency inhaler (SMART method). However, please redirect this question to the pharmacist that dispensed the medication to make sure that all pertinent info is given.
