For 6 months I have had intense neck pain despite physio, osteo, acupuncture. I did an MRI which came out negative. The pain is still present, intense with nausea since 1 week.

I tried naproxen and pregabalin. It still hurts a lot, radiated arms and sometimes even legs. It creates nausea and migraine. I can't work.

I would be inclined to consult your pharmacist to evaluate if the pregabalin dose is optimal or could be adjusted. However, if there has been no improvement with these 2 products, you will have to consult again to re-evaluate the situation and try an alternative at the very least.
