I tested positivr at the Covid on Tuesday morning. Sometimes my forehead temperature drops to 35. What should I do when this happens?

Hello Mrs,
The use of a forehead thermometer is not recommended to obtain an accurate temperature value
Oral or rectal temperature is recommended.
Sincerely,

I only have this thermometer unfortunately
What should I do when the temperature is low like this?

Too many environmental factors can alter the forehead temperature reading, so it is difficult to rely on. I suggest calling your pharmacy to see if delivery of an oral thermometer can be made today.
What symptoms are you currently experiencing?

Sweating, I alternate between hot and cold

I'm going to ask my husband to go buy a thermometer after work.

Thanks for the feedback.
For chills, acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is still the best option. I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer, and of course rest.
I will be available if you have any further questions
