I tested negative for covid, but I have symptoms and my blood sugar has been high for 2-3 days Can it have an influence on blood sugar?

Fighting an infection can indeed affect blood sugar levels. But this is usually temporary. You should also know that some over-the-counter medications can increase blood sugar levels too!
