I am currently on letrozole because I have been diagnosed with PCOS. Is it possible that the urine test was positive because of the medication? If so, is there an ideal time to do a test without it being distorted by the letrozole?

Indeed, this drug increases the amount of estrogen circulating in your body (and therefore in your urine), but the pregnancy test measures another hormone.
