Actually, I don't know how many days behind you are, but here is the correct way to do the test:

1 - first answer is a good choice

2- Take the morning urine and do the test as soon as you have collected the urine

3- Wait the required time to read the answer, but no more. We have already seen tests that "became" positive after a long period of time.

4-Wait until you are 1 to 2 days late with your period.

So, if point 4 is not reached, I would wait a bit before retesting. If you are already 1-2 days late, retest tomorrow morning following steps 2 and 3.

So do another test tomorrow.

If you still have a negative result despite the persistence of the delay, you can ask your doctor to take a blood test (much more precise).

By the way, if at the required time there is a small pink line, it means that you are pregnant.
