Is there a test that is more reliable than another to ensure that I am or am not pregnant?

Again, I'm not menstruating and my pregnancy tests are negative so I'm wondering if there is another way to be sure if I'm pregnant or not. My last period was in August and I would love to have a clear confirmation before I give birth without knowing I am pregnant!!!
