I had a positive ovulation test on day 59 of my cycle, is the result reliable?

I have mild polycystic ovarian syndrome with about 20 follicles. Currently trying to get pregnant, I am experiencing irregular cycles (40d, 22d and currently over 60d). I did an ovulation test because I had doubts of anovulation.

It is difficult to establish the level of confidence in this test, especially if your cycles are irregular, and considering that this condition can distort the results

Therefore, I can only suggest that you have full sexual relations at least every 2 days.
