Thank you for your question!
Your pharmacist can perform a blood glucose test for a fee, but a single value cannot be used to establish a diagnosis, which is a procedure reserved for doctors.
Having said that, fatigue can occur after large or heavy meals
What I can suggest is that you keep a diary where you write down what you eat and how much you eat, and then compare it with the occurrence and extent of the symptoms you feel.
If after 3 to 4 weeks nothing comes up, I suggest you talk to your doctor.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Thank you for your answer. I do not eat large meals. I would like to know if I can buy a small device and test my blood sugar by myself
It seems to me that during my last blood test a year ago I was at 6.1.
And in the health record table it said high because in the red color.
Given the other heart-lung problems I was wondering.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes you can buy this device at the pharmacy without a prescription, but it will cost more for the test strips

Thank you very much for your time. Have a nice evening. Last question. 6.1 ml for carb is good or not too good 😊

I enjoyed it!
In a person with diabetes (which is not your case without a diagnosis), the target fasting blood glucose level is between 4 and 7 mmol/l.
2 hours after a meal, it is between 5 and 10 mmol/l.
That being said, a single value of 6, either fasting or after a meal, does not necessarily indicate a problem
