My daughter has a fever, cough and secretions, when should I consult?

My 2 year old daughter (she will be 2 on Nov. 3rd) has had a fever since Monday, she coughs, has a lot of secretions and is amorphous. Her covid test is negative. Should I try to go to a walk-in clinic or go to the emergency room?

Good morning, ma'am,
It is advisable to consult if she has had a fever for 72 hours, or if her condition has deteriorated significantly (e.g. no longer eating or drinking, cannot stay awake, etc.).
In this case, I suggest a walk-in clinic. You can try the Rendez-vous Santé Québec platform to get an appointment in a nearby clinic, or a Bonjour Santé for a fee.
Have you given Tylenol/Tempra and done nasal douches? Does she have any other symptoms?

I gave her tylenol and I give her the nasal spray. She is irritable, eating little and vomiting secretions.

Thanks for the information!
It is normal for her appetite to be decreased. As long as she is eating/drinking and wetting/soaking her diaper, just monitor the situation. Perform nasal hygiene followed by the use of the baby wiper as often as necessary and encourage her to drink often, even if it means giving her smaller amounts.
i will be available if you have any further questions!
