I have shoulder tendonitis and I would like to have your recommendations for Adrien Gagnon's Tendoflex product.

Unfortunately, no efficacy data in the treatment of tendonitis is provided with this product (nor could it be found via my research).

In the treatment of tendonitis, the best treatment in my opinion remains a physical therapy consultation, so that the exact cause of the tendonitis can be found (posture, repetitive motions, etc.) and the cause can be treated (while strengthening the surrounding musculature). If you are keen, this product could be tried for 1 bottle after consultation, to see if it helps you despite the lack of evidence of effectiveness. But I don't think it's necessary.
