I have red spots on my chest since I got sunburned in 2019, should I see a doctor?

Hello, I went on vacation to the Dominican Republic in December 2019, and I wore a bathing suit that was a little more "low cut" for the first time and since then I have reddish spots that have appeared between my breasts. No itching, but I was wondering if I should go to a doctor for this, not having a family doctor it's hard for me to see someone.

Good morning, Mrs,
Since their appearance, have the spots evolved? Have they grown or do they appear more at certain times? Are there any elsewhere?

No they stayed the same. I have about ten of them, the size of a nickel at $1.

Thanks for the feedback.
If it is secondary to sun exposure, I can only suggest applying a fragrance-free moisturizer like Aveeno, Cutibase, Base Glaxal, Cerave and others at least 3 times a day. The cream should be applied often and diligently as the skin requires several weeks to months to mature.
Avoid scented soaps, and after the bath or shower, avoid rubbing the skin vigorously: instead, lightly pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply the moisturizing cream within 5 minutes of getting out of the bath.
Always protect the skin from the sun, either with long sleeves or the application of a sunscreen with SPF of at least 30.
If non-pharmacological measures are insufficient, you should consult a physician for a thorough evaluation of your needs.
I hope this has been helpful, and I am available if you have any further questions!
