Can Synthroid cause nausea?

I am on Synthorid after having thyroid cancer. I still have a heartache. Is this related? Hi Laurie, I have papillary thyroid cancer. I had surgery on August 6th. A total thyroidectomy. No, I am not pregnant. My last blood test showed that I was hypothyroid. I start a new dose of medication (137 mg) tomorrow. Since August 6th I am taking 112 mg.
