I forgot to take citalopram for a few days and have not felt well since?

Hello, I am taking citalopram 30mg and I forgot to take my medication 2 days in a row, this is the first time I forgot. Since then, I feel extremely tired and I have a headache. Could this be related to the medication? It's been 3 days since I started taking the medication again and I feel worse too.
