What should I do if I have a headache and soreness after my 3rd dose?

I had my third dose of COVID-19 vaccine yesterday afternoon and since yesterday evening' I have a very bad headache, a runny nose and some aches and pains. I have also had a cold sore for several days (and that was before my third dose). I did a covid-19 PCR test and it was negative. Are these symptoms related to the third dose? Thank you very much.
