Hello, my two year old boy has had a fever since Wednesday night. From Wednesday night to yesterday morning (Thursday) the fever was mild (38.5). However, since yesterday noon (Thursday noon) it is higher (39.4). No new symptoms since then, except that he just made a very small mustard yellow liquid poop.

Hello! I couldn't tell you for sure what it is because your son has so few symptoms. I am not sure if it is a stomach bug as he only had a loose stool. Make sure he is able to eat well and stay hydrated. I would advise you to consult if the fever persists and you can't find the source (runny nose, cough, ear pain or symptoms suggestive of gastro for example).
