I got hit on the head?

I was hit in the head with a soccer ball last Wednesday. I felt pressure on my head or I received the blow for 48 hours and since then, I have had headaches, neck pain, fatigue. Can a simple hit from a soccer ball cause a small concussion? Are these normal symptoms after 7 days and what can I take or do to relieve them?
