How long does it take for my antibiotic to work?

Hello, I had the first symptoms of urinary infection around August 6, I started the medication (Ciprofloxacin) on August 12 following a prescription from my doctor. The medication was modified on August 19, because the symptoms persisted. I have started (Sulfatrim) since then. My symptoms are: frequent urge to urinate, urine flow (gout), discomfort at the end of the penis, shivering especially at night, is this normal?

Hello,

Yes, a slight improvement, I have less urge to urinate..., but I have a muscular pain in the groin on the right side
