My daughter has a stomach ache, vomiting and hives?

We spent the weekend on the road and my daughter had various stomach ailments. Stomach ache, heart ache. She threw up once and since then she always has a little bit of a stomach ache and the stomach ache comes back whenever she eats. What could be causing all these symptoms and should I go see a doctor?

I forgot to mention that we've been back for a few hours and, as we were lying down, she noticed two red patches consisting of smooth bumps on her upper chest.
She has them on her belly too. It makes her very itchy. Benadryl and forid seem to have soothed it all.
She is 9 years old.

Hello ma'am,
How many days has your daughter had these symptoms? Is she able to eat or drink anyway? Would you be able to upload some images of the well-lit plates?

Hello!
She has had a stomachache and nausea since last Friday. Saturday night she threw up. The patches appeared last night but disappeared after the dose of benadryl we gave her.
She is not lethargic, can participate in low to medium intensity activities but the stomach aches still come back.
I am uploading some pictures but they are unfortunately not of very good quality.
This morning she is feeling a little better but I have to admit that this mix of symptoms (especially what seems to me to be yesterday's hives flare-up) has me worried.

Thanks for the information!
The pictures are pretty clear, thanks! Indeed it looks like an allergic reaction: Were the affected areas exposed to the sun or some product?
I am all in all reassured that you report a good overall condition. If she is eating and drinking, only monitor her condition. Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Tempra and other brands) can be given for tummy discomfort. Favor light foods for now, avoid heavy foods like red meat.
You should notice a small improvement every day. If the hives or tummy ache do not tend to decrease, you will need to consult, if only as a precaution.

Thank you so much for your time! It makes me feel so much better.
Yes, she can eat and drink. I wonder if it could be related to anxiety?
Since we came home, she has largely improved.
We were afraid for Lyme disease as we are in the Eastern Townships but no bites were detected when we checked.
We will follow your advice!
Thank you again!

As for sun exposure and new products, the patches appeared first on her upper chest, which had been moderately exposed to the sun over the weekend.
She had had a major sunburn on that area a week before.
However her belly was not exposed.
As for new products, we were in foreign places (other province) so she used hotel room soaps and ate restaurant food. For the rest we had products from home with us. However, the reaction appeared more than 3 hours after we returned home.

Thanks for the feedback!
Hard to determine the cause, but it really does feel like an allergic reaction. Lyme disease does not manifest itself in this way. I am reassured that you are reporting improvement since your return, I encourage you to continue monitoring :)
