Hello Mrs,
In order to better understand your needs, would it be possible to obtain the following information:
  • What was the antibiotic? When did you complete the treatment?
  • Are you currently taking any other medications?
  • Have you tried anything for these symptoms?
Thank you for your time!

nitrofurantoin: I finished my 7 days of antibiotics.
While taking my antibiotics I had slight pain in my stomach....but after 5 days post antibiotics the pain increased... burning attacks in my stomach up to my throat....the tums did not help me during the pain attacks...the pharmacist sold me a 14 day treatment of nexium....the first 7 days ....no attacks I was doing very well...the second 7 days...a little more pain per period...the nexium treatment is over...I still have pain attacks (end of pm and evening).... I take tums for the attacks....but the relief doesn't last long.
+ I didn't pay attention while taking antibiotics.... I ate spicy tomato....

I also took Advil and silanol daily during and after my antibiotic treatment to relieve other pain that was not related to my stomach ....

Thanks for the feedback!
As you have pointed out, diet can greatly influence the symptoms you experience, as can taking Advil, which is known to be irritating to the mucous membranes of the digestive system.
Since Nexium has been effective to some degree, I suggest keeping a diary of what you eat (and how much) to compare to the occurrence and extent of symptoms afterwards. This will help identify foods that it would be prudent to avoid or reduce.
I suggest reducing the amount eaten during meals, even if it means eating smaller amounts more often.
Avoid going to bed right after a meal, including at night.
If your symptoms are very uncomfortable, especially at night, I suggest raising your pillow a bit.
Here are a few suggestions. If these are not effective or if your situation worsens, you should consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation.

I can take nexium again???? Because it says not to take it for 4 months?
Consult one of in the emergency? Can he prescribe me something else to help my irritated stomach or just time will help me ...because I doubt he will face me to do further tests, because he already knows the source of the stretch...

Several other options exist such as ranitidine (Zantac) or famotidine (Pepcid) which are effective in relieving reflux symptoms. In fact, the use of Nexium over the counter should not exceed 2 weeks in order not to hide a problem or delay its management
If this is not enough, you should consult a physician. You report that you already know the source of the irritant, but there are causes that can only be detected by further examination...

They are over the counter, and you can still take them if you took Gaviscon this morning, if needed.
