Following a bout of vaginitis, I noticed a rash on my pubic area. What can I do about it?

Four days ago I started having symptoms of vaginitis (itching, different vaginal discharge). I had gone to the spa the day before so I thought that was probably the cause (keeping the bathing suit soaked too long). I went to the pharmacy to buy a treatment in the form of a cream to use for 3 days. This morning, the itching had diminished a lot, but I noticed some redness (like mini red pimples) on my pubic area. What should I do?

Hello,
In order to properly respond I need to validate some information.
Do the lesions on your pubic area itch?
Do you still have discharge? If so, what does it look like?

Yesterday, the sores were a little itchy. This morning they are no longer itchy or barely itchy. My discharge is translucent this morning, unlike the last few days when it was thicker and white with an unpleasant smell.

I think applying Canesten cream to your lesions would be necessary. Perhaps fungus is present there as well. If the discharge is translucent, that is a good sign. The infection at the vaginal level is probably healing.
