Hello, I sweat a lot under my armpits, to the point of wetting my vests, even when I am cold. There is no unpleasant smell. What can I do about it?

Hello !
Thank you for your question
In order to better answer, I would need some additional information. Are you taking any medication on a regular basis? Do you have any known health problems? Have you tried anything to relieve the problem so far? Is there a possibility of pregnancy or breastfeeding at this time?
This information will allow me to better guide you.
I look forward to hearing from you!

No, no medication or pregnancy or illness. I haven't tried anything so far; I wanted to try deodorants with aluminum, but I read that there was a risk of cancer, so I didn't try. The problem has been going on for a few years

Hello !
Using aluminum-based antiperspirants is often the answer. You could first try the "clinical" type products which are generally more effective than traditional deodorants/antiperspirants. There are several companies that carry these products, including Dove Clinical Protection, Secret Clinical and Lady Speed Stick Clinical
If these products prove ineffective, other products such as DrySol or HydroSal gel may be tried. These products are sometimes available behind the pharmacy counter, so you will need to ask your pharmacist for help in choosing and obtaining the right product
