If you are not better 36 hours after starting the Cipro™, you will need to see a doctor on site (whether at the resort you are at, or in a village).

In the meantime, try to drink plenty of water, avoid the heat by staying in air conditioning, and avoid eating foods that are too "heavy" (favor soups and broths).
