My sugar rises higher than usual when I eat, is it my Covid (Astra Zeneca) vaccine that I had on Sunday, April 18?

Hello Ma'am,
Increased blood sugar is not a listed side effect caused by the Astra Zeneca Covid-19 vaccine. However, receiving a vaccine creates an immune response; your body mobilizes all the soldiers to form antibodies against the new intruder. So, as with illness or infection in people with diabetes, it is possible that sugar levels may be temporarily increased.
If you are diabetic, I refer you to this Quebec diabetes guide here which addresses managing your blood sugars on sick days.
