Hi, I have a lump in my eye and I wanted to know if I can put a washcloth on it every day, but how long does it take to go away and not get smaller? What should I do? It's stressing me out a little bit, it's been 1 week since I got it I put it on for 10 minutes and 3 times a day I try and I will try to send a picture if possible Warm temperature I have nothing no symptoms . I don't know how well we can see . Perfect I thank you I will do this again .

Hello Ma'am, Would it be possible to find out if you have any other symptoms such as discharge, eye pain, inability to tolerate light or decreased vision? Would you be able to upload a photo? At what temperature did you apply the washcloths (warm, cold, hot), how long each time and how often? Thanks for the feedback! Usually the suggested treatment is the application of warm compresses for at least 5-10 minutes as often as needed.
