Sometimes I have to stay in bed because it hurts so much. But it usually passes after 1 day. Sometimes it comes back. Anyway, it's more frequent than before.

It is indeed possible that during certain phases of your menstrual cycle, the uterus contracts somewhat and this causes pain. In most cases, if the pain does not wake up at night, is present only for a few hours and is not accompanied by bleeding, then there is no need to worry.
