Many women experience bleeding after a certain period of time with continuous use. Involuntary bleeding is more frequent with continuous use than with a monthly stop. In fact, some people will never be able to keep the ring completely continuous, especially considering that it contains few hormones. Note that bleeding does not diminish the effectiveness of your ring.

Therefore, in order for the bleeding to stop quickly, I recommend stopping the ring for 4-5 days and then taking it again. The important thing to keep the effectiveness of the ring is to always have it on for at least 21 consecutive days before stopping and the stop should always be for a maximum of 7 days.

Note that it is also possible to continue to wear it during bleeding periods. However, some women notice that the bleeding lasts longer at this time.
