I have been spotting. It started the day I started training again (2 weeks). Since then, as soon as I force myself, I have brown spotting. Why do I have it?

I take the birth control pill and never forget it (the seasonale) Synthroid and venlaflaxine

Good evening ma'am,
Very good question!
Actually, you should know that when you exercise more intensely, sometimes it causes the liver to eliminate the pill faster, which contributes to spotting. This happens especially when the workout is sudden and rather intense. Is this your case?

Yes I do.
Not against, even on the days I don't train I do..
Will this stop when my class gets more used?
Thanks

Yes, this is normal. The body will produce spotting even on days without vigorous physical activity.
In any case, the situation should return to normal in a few weeks, when your body is used to 😊.
If the situation does not correct itself in 3 to 4 weeks, I invite you to contact your pharmacist to have your pill changed for one containing more hormones.
Happy day,
Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist
