Good morning, sir,
Is this something new? Has there been a change in your daily life such as a change in schedule, overwork, change in diet, less good sleep at night, anxiety or other?

No noticeable change, I have been retired for over 20 years. Always been active (not sporty) but always working in the workshop, full of projects, trips etc. But since a few months, I have no more energy, completely drained and I don't understand what is happening to me. My diet has not changed nor my sleeping hours. However, my glucose level is slightly above the norm before and after meals. My family doctor retired in December and I have been on the orphan list ever since. I don't understand what is happening to me? Maybe I'm almost 74 years old and I'm afraid I've reached this point?
Thank you

Note: The morning is fine but I'm at zero after 3pm!

Thanks for the feedback!
Indeed, some fatigue is normal, especially depending on the time you wake up and your activity level. However, I sincerely believe that your situation requires a medical evaluation in order not to miss anything, even if only as a precaution. I therefore invite you to consult a doctor, without an appointment or otherwise. The Rendez-vous Santé Québec platform could help you find an appointment in a nearby clinic, and there is also Bonjour Santé, but there are fees with this platform
Other teleconsultation platforms exist such as Dialogue and Maple Health, but there are fees too.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time, the situation you describe is beyond what can be addressed on this platform.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
