I often have heartache in the morning, in fact I don't have nausea but I don't go well.

I've had this since I was about 14, now I'm 20 but it passes after a few hours. It still happens frequently I would say 1 morning out of 2. I always thought it was because I didn't eat breakfast but I started eating a few months ago and I still have heartaches and I never have an appetite during the day!

Hello and thank you for your question!
Before answering I would like to ask you a few questions of my own:
1-Have you noticed if this occurs when you eat a particular type of food?
2-Have you tried taking any medication to relieve this and if so which one?
3-Do you suffer from constipation or diarrhea?
4- are you taking any medication right now?
Thank you,
Emmanuelle

No to all these questions and I don't think it has anything to do with what I eat I thought maybe I was missing some vitamins since I don't eat much but I don't know enough about it. When I was young I was on medication for my ADD but I stopped taking it almost 2-3 months ago and my appetite is not increasing!

Perfect, thank you for your answers.
As I believe you have not consulted for this problem, it would be a suggestion to see your doctor.
But before doing so you could try taking zantac (over the counter in pharmacies), to reduce the acidity of your stomach.
The dose is 150mg (= 1 tablet) 2 times a day. I would do this for about 10 days to see if it improves or not.
If there is no improvement with this treatment, I would recommend you to consult.
If you don't have a family doctor, you can make an appointment for free at the following website: www.rvsq.gouv.qc.ca.
I hope this helps a little bit :)
Happy day,
Emmanuelle
