I often get throat infections, what can I do?

I have infections in my throat most of the time requiring antibiotics. I also often have mucus in my throat and sinuses

Hello Sir,
Unfortunately, if you have a bacterial infection that persists, antibiotics are the only solution to fight the infection.
I would be inclined to reinforce with you basic hygiene measures such as frequent hand washing, use of a mask if you frequent busy places, distancing yourself when possible, and washing surfaces, door handles and shared objects when appropriate.
Finally, if you are prone to colds or other types of infections, I strongly suggest, for maintenance and prevention, sinus hygiene with a saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse.
This is the best option to prevent the accumulation of secretions. There is no maximum during the day, but it should be done at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
