How can I get quick relief from my eczema on the glans?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with eczema on my glans. I'm in the middle of a crisis. How can I get relief quickly? The cortisone cream doesn't work very well.

Hello cortisone + moisturizer regularly is the key. If it doesn't work or gets worse, we have 2 choices. Increase the strength of the cortisone and increase the fat of the moisturizer.

Otherwise consider the possibility of a fungus if the cortisone is making it worse.
