I'm trying for a baby and I'm on fertility meds and I have diarrhea, but now I'm having big stomach cramps maybe due to the diarrhea, the period, the meds I don't know but I want to know how to get relief from this!

Hello Ma'am,
Some medications used to help conception can indeed cause stomach aches and diarrhea.
In any case, to relieve belly pain it is recommended to apply warmth to the abdomen and to exercise. This last point is counterintuitive to some patients, but most women find their pain greatly improves when they go for 1-2 walks every day.
Note that if your pain is related to menstruation, there are medications available over the counter in pharmacies. Get back to me if you want more details on this topic.
Tell me about it,

What over-the-counter medications can I take with all the other medications I have for fertility? Are there any dangers? I can list the names of the medications if you want?

Sorry, I had to look up references in IVF to answer you.
After my research, I believe the drug that is most at risk of causing you diarrhea and stomach pain is your metformin. This is because this medication is also used in diabetes and often causes the symptoms you describe. This is especially true if the dose was started at 500mg 3 times a day. One usually tries to take 250mg 2 times a day, then increase every 2 weeks to the target dose.
I recommend that you discuss with your treating team whether this medication could be momentarily suspended, then gradually resumed.
Good evening,

P.S. It's not helpful to add a medication to counteract the stomach pain and diarrhea in a case like this. One is much better off targeting the problem at the root :)
