What can I do to relieve my pain if Advil and Tylenol don't work?

I often have pain in my temples up to my jaw when the light is high or when I am so tired that I have to lie down because it hurts so much. Advil, tylenol, nothing does... I don't have a doctor right now... I am a university student and it affects my functioning greatly, there is not a day that goes by that I don't have a headache. I've always been sensitive, but it's been worse for the last 2 years.
