Good morning, ma'am,
Anusol Plus ointment can be applied twice a day and after each bowel movement if needed to relieve pain. Is this secondary to constipation or diarrhea?

I gave birth 10 days ago by C-section. During my pregnancy, I already had this problem, but in a lighter way. Since 2 days, the hemorrhoids came out and it is very very painful. I already use Anusol ointment

Thank you for the information. I suggest continuing to take Anusol as needed. I also suggest taking PEG-3350 (LAX-A-DAY, Restoralax and other brands) to soften the stool. It is a tasteless and odorless powder that you dilute in a small amount of any liquid and drink once a day as needed. I encourage you to eat lots of fiber (fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc) and drink lots of fluids to soften the stool.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any other questions!
