Hello ma'am, is this for you? Are you currently taking any other medications? Do you have any allergies or intolerances? Are you pregnant or trying to get pregnant?
Thank you for your time!

Hello,
Yes it is for me.
I tested positive yesterday morning, no serious risk factors, vaccinated twice.
No allergies or intolerances.
No pregnancy planned.
Here is the list of medications, none were taken this morning because of the pain though.
Aviane 21
Concerta 36mg
Pantoprazole 40mg delayed release (taken in the morning, except this morning)
Naproxen 500mg (if needed 2x a day)
Quetiapine XR 50mg
Trintellix 10mg

Thanks for the feedback!
Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands), with or without Naproxen (which should definitely be taken with food, or avoided if you can't eat or take pantoprazole), are good options. Lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend can be added for local relief.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
Finally, I invite you to report your test results here.
I hope this has been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions!

I already took a throat lozenge with local anesthetic 30 minutes ago but without success.
As the Naproxen tablets are big, it is difficult to swallow them without pain...
The pain was present last night when I took the Naproxen, but it has increased today.
Is it better to drink hot to relieve the pain or cold to reduce the inflammation?
Thanks

Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin and other brands) are available in smaller forms and even in liquid if needed :)
As for liquids, cold or hot, whatever you prefer!
