Hello ma'am,
You are doing the right thing by encouraging her to drink plenty of fluids. I would encourage you to continue to give her fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
If your child has regular bowel movements, it usually goes away on its own. You may want to give PEG-3350 (LAX-A-DAY, Restoralax and other brands), a tasteless, odorless powder that is mixed into a small amount of any liquid. This product is given according to your child's weight. Your pharmacist.will be able to tell you the exact amount of powder to use, be able to record it in their chart and follow up closely with you :)
I hope this has been helpful, don't hesitate if you have any other questions!

The dose is 1 gram of powder per kg of your child's weight. For a 10 kg child that would be 10 grams of powder. However, if you don't have a kitchen scale, it will be difficult to measure this amount, which is why I had suggested that you contact your pharmacist to show you how much, for example by thinking the powder in a vial and writing a line to use as a measurement.
