What can I take for autoimmune gastritis?

I have been diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis. What can I take or do or eat to get relief? What can I take or do to get relief? The pain is in the upper chest. The pain started around Dec. 2021 and is still there.

Hello, thank you for your question! Unfortunately, there is no specific treatment for this condition at the time of writing. Other possible causes or triggers must be identified and addressed individually. The guidelines I have consulted only indicate regular monitoring of blood work (e.g. prevention of anemia) and imaging I have not found any data indicating that a change in diet or lifestyle could have an impact on your condition.
