I have irritation on my foreskin?

Irritation and inflammation of the glans/prepeuce I would like to know what treatments to follow. I have applied Canesten cream on the affected areas. I am concerned about balanitis. Some areas of the foreskin are swollen and I can see lesions/blems in some places. What should I do? I have been applying Canesten for the past 3 days but have not seen any improvement.

Hello sir, If you have balanitis, the dosage of Canesten is one application 3 times a day on the glans and 2 cm around it for 10 to 14 days.
