My 10 week old baby spits up a lot, should we change the formula?

Hello, Baby girl 10 weeks, drinks milk Good start more (already ready). For some time now, she has been regurgitating a lot of milk, intense colic in the evening, sleeps very badly, wiggles after each feeding with cries, forces to have a bowel movement (every 2 days) I have an appointment with her doctor in 2 weeks, but I need to relieve her for now.

Good morning, ma'am,
Although the situation can be quite unpleasant, it does not indicate the need to change her nutritional formula. Regurgitation (as long as it's not vomiting) and irritability in the evening are very common, but intolerances and digestive difficulties are rare. Keep in mind that your baby must basically learn to digest on his own, and that this is not without difficulties :)
If your little one wets and soils her diaper and gains weight, there is no need to worry.
First of all, try to reduce the risk and frequency of regurgitation:
  • make sure to use a "1" nipple, as higher numbers are bigger and this can result in the baby being "force-fed
  • Interrupt feedings often to pass gas.
  • Give smaller amounts at a time, even if it means giving more often
  • Avoid changing the baby's position after feeding and do not put her down for 20 minutes.
I hope I've been helpful, I'm still available if you have any other questions

Wow, thank you for your answer!
you are very reassuring.
My pharmacist had advised me to go see my doctor, that she could not help me.
Thank you very much for your help :)
